• UK Food Imports™ is the licensed operator of this web platform, and is referred to as UKFI™ in these terms & conditions. Companies booking an entry are referred to in this document as "the advertiser".
• All direct entries must be booked via the online booking form provided. Click Here
• Entries must relate to the import/export of wholesale food, drink & non-food grocery sectors only.
• Entries will be moderated and where required, returned for amendment before publication.
• Entries advertising goods must be accurate and honest in description.
• Entries will normally be published online within 48 hours of booking, where relevant and compliant artwork and content has been received. (Excluding weekends and UK holidays).
• Entries will be deemed published from the date of booking. All entries will remain published for one calendar month from the date when the initial or previous monthly fee is received.
• Each entry will require a company logo image, (at least one) primary product image and up to nine (or less) product images, excluding a company logo. There should be sufficient text detail to provide potential buyers with enough information to understand clearly what is being offered for sale and the terms your business requires. Please also supply your products list, brand list, speciality & accreditations, and if possible a product video.
• It is the responsibility of the advertiser to establish and ensure that the goods offered for sale are legally permitted in the UK. UKFI™ will not accept responsibility for any transaction made via this platform.
• It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that the description offered is accurate prior to purchase. Both parties are expected to execute their own due diligence prior to the exchange of money. UKFI™ will not accept responsibility for any transaction made via this trading platform.
